TERMS & CONDITIONS 

LEGAL DOCUMENT

WEDDING STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of décor and floristry hire and/or purchase services by Petal & Style Events (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).

By accepting a quotation issued by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with the accepted quotation, information form, and payment schedule (collectively, the “Contract Documents”), constitute the entire agreement between you and Petal & Style Events, and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, or representations.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review all Contract Documents carefully and to notify us in writing of any errors or omissions prior to payment of the booking fee. We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies that have not been reported before payment is made.

A legally binding contract shall only be formed once the required booking fee has been received in cleared funds and written confirmation of booking has been issued by us. No services shall be deemed reserved or confirmed until this has occurred.

WORKING HOURS

Our standard office hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (excluding Bank Holidays)

Correspondence received outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business working day.

DELIVERY, COLLECTION, OUT-OF-HOURS & STYLING CHARGES

The following staffing rates shall apply:

  • £15.00 per hour per staff member for services carried out between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

  • £20.00 per hour per staff member for services carried out between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Out-of-hours charges include travel time.

  • Additional charges shall apply for services required on Bank Holidays.

  • Where installation, styling, attendance, or collection times exceed those stated in the accepted quotation, additional charges will be payable at the above rates.

  • Any variations requested by you which impact staffing time or scheduling may result in additional charges.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Delivery and collection charges shall be calculated based on four (4) separate journeys at a rate of £0.45 per mile, unless otherwise stated in your accepted quotation.

Mileage is calculated from the Storage  address of Petal & Style Events to the event venue and return.

PHOTOGRAPHY – CLIENT CONSENT

You grant Petal & Style Events the irrevocable right to use images of your venue, décor, styling, and floral arrangements for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, online galleries, advertisements, and competitions.

This includes images taken by our staff, your guests, and any professional photographer engaged for your event.

You further consent to Petal & Style Events contacting your professional photographer to request access to your wedding gallery for the purpose of obtaining such images.

No personal data will be disclosed, and images will be used solely for business promotion.

VENUE DÉCOR / FLORISTRY / STYLING / OWNERSHIP

You acknowledge and agree that all décor, styling, and floristry items supplied by Petal & Style Events, as specified in your accepted quotation, remain the sole property of Petal & Style Events at all times.

No items may be removed, altered, or substituted without prior written consent.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE

Petal & Style Events warrants that, at the time of delivery or collection, all décor and floristry items (including bridal flowers) shall substantially conform to the descriptions set out in the accepted quotation, be of satisfactory quality, and comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements within the United Kingdom.

You acknowledge that creative design involves artistic interpretation. Provided that the items supplied substantially comply with the agreed specifications contained in the quotation, Petal & Style Events shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising from stylistic preference, interpretation, or subjective expectations.

You further acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and confirm that all specifications, descriptions, quantities, and design elements stated within the quotation accurately reflect your requirements prior to acceptance.

This warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from misuse, wilful damage, accident, negligence, improper handling, unauthorised alterations, failure to follow care instructions, or any act or omission by you or any third party.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STYLING & SCOPE OF SERVICES

Petal & Style Events operates in accordance with a carefully planned styling and installation schedule on the day of your event.

The services provided are strictly limited to those expressly set out in your accepted quotation. If you request, or it is discovered upon arrival, that additional tasks are required beyond the agreed styling scope (including but not limited to venue chair setup, furniture moving, or other preparatory work not included within your quotation), this may impact allocated staffing resources and scheduled timings.

You acknowledge that where additional tasks are undertaken outside the agreed scope, Petal & Style Events cannot guarantee that all styling work will be completed to our usual standards due to the reallocation of time and resources necessary to accommodate such requests.

Where additional work is identified on the day, we shall not interrupt or disturb you during your event. Instead, we will provide written confirmation following the event outlining the additional work undertaken for your records.

An additional charge will apply to cover any extra work carried out and may be deducted from your damage deposit or invoiced separately at our discretion.

ITEMS NOT STYLED BY PETAL & STYLE EVENTS

Unless expressly stated within your accepted quotation:

  • We do not set up or style chairs hired from third-party suppliers. Arrangement for placement of chairs and tables must be made directly with your venue or hire company.

  • We do not style linens, napkins, or tableware, and we do not place table settings.

  • Ceiling lighting and overhead installations must be pre-arranged and confirmed prior to room dressing.

Failure to ensure the above items are in place at the agreed styling time may result in delays or additional charges.

CHARGES

Any delays to delivery, installation, styling, attendance, or collection caused by you, your venue, your suppliers, or your guests, and any additional work not expressly agreed in writing prior to the event, shall incur additional charges at the prevailing rates set out within these Terms and Conditions or your accepted quotation.

All additional charges must be paid upon demand and may be deducted from your damage deposit or invoiced separately.

HIRING DISPLAYS & INVENTORY CONTROL

All hired displays and styling installations shall be itemised prior to the event, including but not limited to flowers, foliage, crystals, decorative accessories, personal touches, birds, butterflies, and other ornamental items.

An inventory check shall be carried out upon collection. You acknowledge and accept responsibility for any missing, lost, or damaged items.

You agree to inform your guests that hired décor items are not gifts or favours and must not be removed from the venue.

The cost of replacement or repair for any missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.

DIY DELIVERY / COLLECTION

Where you select a DIY hire option, you agree to collect and return all hired items at the dates and times agreed within your quotation or booking confirmation.

Failure to return items at the agreed date and time shall incur a late return charge of £100 per day plus 25% of the total hire value, per day, until all items are returned in full.

You shall be responsible for the return of all items in their original packaging, including but not limited to boxes, bags, protective covers, and bubble wrap. Loss or damage to original packaging may result in additional charges, as inadequate packaging increases the risk of damage to hired items.

DAMAGE, LOSS & DEDUCTIONS (DIY HIRE)

  • Substitute or replacement items provided by you will not be accepted.

  • All deductions are calculated based on full replacement value, not hire value.

  • Where costs for loss, damage, late return, or other charges exceed the damage deposit, Petal & Style Events reserves the right to invoice you for the outstanding balance.

  • You may request a written breakdown of deductions for clarification.

  • All damaged items must be retained, packaged, and stored safely for inspection by Petal & Style Events.

  • All damaged items remain the property of Petal & Style Events at all times.

Petal & Style Events will act reasonably and in good faith to achieve a fair resolution regarding any damage or loss.

BRIDAL FLOWERS – COLLECTION & DELIVERY POLICY

Bridal flowers may be collected by prior written arrangement from the registered business address of Petal & Style Events prior to the wedding date. Alternatively, delivery to your chosen venue may be arranged for the day of the wedding.

Where styling services have not been booked with Petal & Style Events, delivery to your venue will incur an additional travel charge, calculated in accordance with the Travel Expenses clause of these Terms and Conditions.

Petal & Style Events aims to complete bridal flower arrangements approximately one (1) month prior to the wedding date. During busy periods, preparation may commence up to two (2) months prior to the wedding date.

Preparation timelines may vary depending on workload, seasonal availability, and operational commitments. You acknowledge that no specific completion date is guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Where timelines vary, Petal & Style Events will provide email updates to keep you informed of progress.

All bridal flowers and related products remain the property of Petal & Style Events until they have been paid for in full and either collected or delivered.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon collection or delivery.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS

You acknowledge that floral design is a bespoke and creative service. While we make every reasonable effort to replicate designs discussed during consultation, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.

Certain flowers, foliage, or materials may become unavailable due to seasonal or supplier limitations. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to source suitable replacements that closely reflect the original design.

Petal & Style Events reserves the right to substitute flowers or materials with items of equal or superior quality without prior consultation, provided the overall style and colour palette remain consistent with the agreed design.

CHANGES TO EVENT HIRE & ORDERS

ORDERS AFTER THE 14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

Following expiry of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, the following shall apply:

  • Additional items may be added to your quotation, subject to availability and written confirmation by Petal & Style Events.

  • Décor hire items may be exchanged for alternative items of equal value, as stated in the accepted quotation, up to (12) months prior to the event date.

  • All requested changes must be submitted in writing and are not confirmed until agreed in writing by Petal & Style Events.

We reserve the right to withdraw or substitute products due to prior damage, stock limitations, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, you will be contacted promptly to discuss suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADJUSTMENT OR CHANGE AFTER THE 14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

The following items are strictly non-amendable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable after the 14-day cancellation period:

  • All bespoke bridal floristry

  • Bespoke Floral displays and centrepiece floristry

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Special-order or requested products purchased specifically for your event

Where third-party suppliers or sub-hire contracts are secured on your behalf, full payment shall remain due under all circumstances, and such items are not eligible for reduction, cancellation, or amendment.

PAYMENTS

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the date specified within the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments will incur an administrative charge of £25.

Failure to make payment by the due date constitutes a material breach of contract. In such circumstances, Petal & Style Events reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or withhold floristry production, hire preparation, and/or event services;

  • Delay purchase of required stock, materials, or equipment;

  • Refuse delivery, installation, or setup of hired items;

  • Cancel the booking in accordance with the cancellation provisions of these Terms.

Where late payment prevents Petal & Style Events from securing specific flowers, materials, hire items, or equipment required for your event, we shall not be liable for any resulting unavailability. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute items and create décor and floristry as closely as reasonably possible to the original order confirmation.

No liability shall attach to Petal & Style Events for any variation arising from delayed payment.

PAYMENT TERMS

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee equal to 25% of the total event value is required to secure your event date.

Where the booking is made one (1) year or more in advance of the event date, a £350 initial reservation payment is required to provisionally secure the date. This amount shall be deducted from the total 25% booking fee.

The remaining balance of the 25% booking fee shall become payable within the calendar year of the event, by the date specified in your payment schedule.

The remaining event balance (being the total contract value less the booking fee) must be paid in full no later than one (1) month prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

IMPORTANT

  • The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where services do not proceed or the event is cancelled.

  • Failure to pay the booking fee or any subsequent instalments by the due dates constitutes a material breach of contract.

  • Petal & Style Events reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the event date where required payments are not received.

  • Cancellation under this clause does not affect Petal & Style Events’ right to recover any outstanding sums due.

PAYMENT PLAN & CONTRACT STATUS

All payment due dates are set out in the payment plan issued by Petal & Style Events.

Failure to make any payment by the due date constitutes a material breach of contract.

Petal & Style Events shall not attend, supply, deliver, install, or provide any goods or services unless all payment instalments and the damage deposit have been paid in full in accordance with the agreed payment plan.

BOOKINGS WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS OF EVENT DATE

Where a booking is made within three (3) months of the event date, full payment of the total contract value is required at the time of booking.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A refundable damage deposit of £300.00 is payable no later than one (1) month prior to the event date.

The damage deposit will be refunded within seven (7) working days following collection of all hired items, subject to no loss, damage, or additional charges.

You agree to provide valid bank details to enable refund processing after your event date. 

Where deductions are applicable, Petal & Style Events shall provide a written breakdown upon request.

NO REFUNDS

No refunds shall be issued for:

  • Goods or services no longer required by you;

  • Unused products or hired items;

  • Any reduction in quantities requested after the applicable cancellation or amendment deadlines.

All pricing is based on reservation of stock, labour allocation, and production planning. Once committed, these costs remain payable in full.

EVENT CANCELLATION

We recognise that circumstances may change. However, due to the advance planning, stock reservation, and labour allocation required for events, the following cancellation policy applies.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

From the date you receive your contract documentation and invoice, you have a statutory right to cancel this agreement within fourteen (14) days.

Where cancellation is exercised within the 14-day cooling-off period, the booking fee remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Where cancellation occurs after the expiry of the 14-day cooling-off period, the booking fee remains non-refundable and additional cancellation charges may apply in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and your payment schedule.

HOW TO CANCEL

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email and must include the completed cancellation form provided within your contract documentation.

Cancellation shall take effect from the date Petal & Style Events receives the completed cancellation form.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Where cancellation occurs after the expiry of the statutory fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, deductions shall be made from the total contract value (regardless of payment status) prior to any refund being considered.

You acknowledge and agree that the following costs shall be non-refundable and payable in full where incurred:

COSTS DEDUCTED AT 100%

  • Administrative charges (including time spent on emails, telephone calls, documentation, and planning)

  • Travel expenses and fuel costs

  • Fixed fees as specified within your quotation or payment schedule

  • Printable orders and printed materials

  • Third-party or sub-hire contractor services and all associated hire products or work undertaken (including administration charges)

  • Materials and supplies purchased

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • All bespoke displays created for your event

  • Décor hire items purchased specifically for your event

  • All bridal floristry

For floristry items, deductions shall include the purchase cost of flowers, foliage, materials, and any other products obtained for your event, together with VAT and postage where applicable.

No refund shall be issued where the total of applicable deductions equals or exceeds the total amount paid.

REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION

Where applicable, the remaining balance paid by you, together with any damage deposit (if already paid), shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and subject to the deductions set out below.

No refund shall be due where applicable deductions equal or exceed the total amount paid.

FIXED FEE DEDUCTIONS

The following fixed fees shall be deducted where applicable:

  • Table centrepieces (design & creation): £100.00

  • Venue and ceremony floristry (design & creation): £100.00

  • Time spent sourcing products: £50.00

  • Additional consultations and venue meetings: £25.00 per meeting

SUB-CONTRACTOR DEDUCTIONS

All sub-contractor service fees, deposits, hire charges, purchase costs, and made-to-order services or products secured on your behalf shall be deducted at 100% of monies paid out by Petal & Style Events.

TIMEFRAME FOR REMAINING BALANCE AFTER DEDUCTIONS

Where cancellation occurs, the following deductions shall apply to the remaining balance (being monies paid in excess of non-refundable amounts and fixed deductions), based on the number of working days before the event date:

100 working days or less - 100%

101 – 280 working days - 50%

281 - working days or more - 25%

No refund shall be due where applicable deductions equal or exceed the total amount paid.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Where an event is postponed rather than cancelled, monies paid to Petal & Style Events may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future event date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original instalment payment plan must continue and be maintained in full.

  • The damage deposit shall be adjusted to reflect the new event date and must be paid no later than one (1) month prior to the new date.

  • Failure to maintain the instalment plan will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation provisions shall apply.

  • The new event date must fall within nine (9) months of the original event date.

  • Only one (1) postponement request will be permitted. Any further postponement shall be treated as a cancellation.

  • A non-refundable £10 administration fee shall be payable for each approved postponement.

CONSULTATION & APPOINTMENT FEES

(Google Meet, Telephone, or In-Person)

2 x Free consultations - Additional consultations beyond those included within your quotation will be charged at

£25.00 per meeting.

Consultation fees shall be deducted from the damage deposit where applicable.

All consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

VENUE OR LOCATION CONSULTATION REQUEST

Where a venue or location visit is requested, a £25.00 consultation fee will apply.

This fee must be paid in advance. An invoice will be issued prior to the arranged appointment date.

Failure to make payment in advance may result in cancellation of the appointment.

STYLING FEE – ON-THE-DAY STYLING

On-the-day styling services are priced individually based on the scale, complexity, and time required for your event. Fees will be discussed and confirmed during consultation and stated within your quotation.

The minimum chargeable fee for on-the-day styling is £100.00.

ON-THE-DAY RE-ORGANISATION

Where you require the attendance of Petal & Style Events on the event day to reorganise, adjust, or restyle hired products, additional charges will apply.

Fees will be specific to your event requirements and confirmed in writing.

The minimum chargeable fee for on-the-day reorganisation services is £100.00.

PERSONAL PLANNING SERVICES

Where you request Petal & Style Events to source, recommend, or coordinate third-party services or suppliers for your event (including but not limited to entertainment, photographers, marquees, and other event services), additional planning fees shall apply.

Such fees will be calculated based on the scope, complexity, and time required to fulfil your event requirements and will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Petal & Style Events acts solely as an introducer and coordinator and accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or performance of any third-party suppliers.

EXTRA INFORMATION 

CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONERY ORDERS – ALLERGY & SAFETY NOTICE

You acknowledge that some chocolate and confectionery products may contain, or may have been produced in environments that handle, nuts, nut oils, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

Petal & Style Events does not manufacture confectionery products and cannot guarantee that items are free from allergens.

Petal & Style Events accepts no liability for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of confectionery supplied.

You are responsible for notifying your guests of potential allergens and for making independent enquiries regarding ingredient suitability.

You agree to ensure that children are supervised at all times to reduce the risk of choking, particularly children under five (5) years of age.

Any remaining confectionery must be collected or arranged for collection prior to the departure of Petal & Style Events. Where no such arrangement has been made, any remaining confectionery shall be deemed unwanted and may be disposed of without liability.

INSURANCE

Petal & Style Events strongly recommends that you obtain appropriate wedding or event insurance to cover cancellation, postponement, loss, damage, supplier failure, and any other unforeseen circumstances.

You acknowledge that this recommendation has been made.

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Petal & Style Events shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or financial impact arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, and you accept responsibility for arranging suitable insurance cover.

SUB-CONTRACTORS

Petal & Style Events reserves the right to engage approved third-party suppliers or sub-contractors to fulfil elements of your event services.

You consent to Petal & Style Events sharing relevant contact details with such approved suppliers where necessary for the delivery of your event.

You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of both Petal & Style Events and any appointed sub-contracted service providers.

Where separate contractual agreements apply between you and a sub-contractor, copies of such agreements will be made available upon request.

Petal & Style Events shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of independent sub-contractors, except where required by law.

COMPLETION & MATTERS BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

Petal & Style Events shall use all reasonable endeavours to fulfil all confirmed orders and provide services in accordance with your accepted quotation.

However, Petal & Style Events shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to:

  • Extreme or adverse weather conditions

  • Accidents or emergencies

  • Illness or incapacity

  • Transport failure or disruption

  • Venue access restrictions or refusal

  • Supplier or sub-contractor failure or delays

  • Government restrictions or acts of God

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, liability shall be limited to a refund of sums paid, excluding the non-refundable booking fee, and no further compensation shall be payable.

FORCE MAJEURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Petal & Style Events reserves the right to cancel, alter, suspend, or reschedule any services where performance is prevented or materially hindered by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to fire, flood, extreme weather, strikes, industrial action, supplier failure, shortages, transport disruption, government restrictions, or acts of God.

Where reasonably practicable, written notice shall be provided to you.

In such circumstances, the booking fee shall remain non-refundable and the cancellation provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall apply. You are strongly advised to obtain appropriate wedding or event insurance.

Our liability for any proven defect in goods or services shall, at our discretion, be limited to one of the following remedies:

  • Repair or replacement of the affected goods or services;

  • A credit note; or

  • A refund,

and in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim.

Petal & Style Events shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Complaints are rare; however, Petal & Style Events treats any concern with the utmost seriousness.

Any issues or concerns must be raised immediately upon completion of venue styling and/or upon delivery or collection of bridal flowers, in order to allow a reasonable opportunity for inspection, assessment, and, where appropriate, rectification.

Complaints relating to décor hire, floristry, or styling must be identified at the time of delivery, installation, or collection. Once styling or collection has been completed and accepted, this shall constitute confirmation that the services have been provided in accordance with the contract, and no further claims shall be accepted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all items and services meet your expectations at the time of delivery or styling.

Petal & Style Events will only correspond regarding complaints with the individual who placed the original booking.

Both parties agree not to publish or post negative, defamatory, or disparaging comments or reviews in any public forum without first providing written notice of the complaint and allowing a reasonable opportunity for investigation and resolution.

GENERAL TERMS

All designs, concepts, styling plans, imagery, and intellectual property created by Petal & Style Events remain the sole and exclusive property of Petal & Style Events at all times.

All bridal flowers and related products remain the property of Petal & Style Events until full payment has been received and the order has been collected or delivered.

You are advised to retain copies of all quotations, contracts, invoices, and correspondence for your records.

This Agreement, together with your accepted quotation, payment schedule, and any accompanying legal documentation, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the services provided and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

Each party acknowledges that it has not relied upon any statement, promise, or representation not expressly set out in this Agreement, except in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: February 2015 (as updated)

At Petal & Style Events, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our wedding décor and styling services.

This policy is issued in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Contact Information - Name, email address, telephone number, and postal address.

Event Info - Wedding or event date, venue, guest numbers, styling preferences, colour schemes, and related details.

Payment Information - Billing and invoicing details. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.

ONLINE SHOP – REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Petal & Style Events, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our floral creations and décor items. The following policy applies to all purchases made through our online shop.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to the bespoke, handmade, and made-to-order nature of many of our artificial floristry and décor items, most products are non-refundable once purchased.

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Bespoke floral arrangements

  • Items made specifically to order

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that production or preparation has not commenced.

Where work has already begun, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be refused.

RETURNS (STANDARD ITEMS ONLY)
