FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

INITIAL CONTACT WITH ME 

Your initial thought is to get many quotes from different companies, ideas, and plans in place. Thank you for reaching out to us for our services; we would love to help. I will respond to your initial inquiry and any questions you have within 48 hours of you contacting me. I will endeavor to answer as many questions as possible and supply you with the necessary facts to assist you.

DETAILS SENT TO YOU 

You'll soon receive an introductory email that outlines the initial planning process and highlights how we can assist you. Along with this, we provide four forms for you to fill out, helping us gather your unique preferences. 

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT 

I offer various options including Google Meet, telephone, and in-person meetings at a venue for a fee of £25, payable in advance. During our sessions, I will not limit our time together as I want to ensure all your ideas are captured. You can count on my honest unbiased advice, and I am here to support you with any challenges you may face.

RECIEVE YOUR QUOTE 

After our initial meeting, I will promptly begin working on your quote. Once it’s ready, you will receive an email with the details for your review. If you'd like to discuss any changes, I'm here to assist you. Your quote will be held on file for 28 days

BOOKING MY SERVICES 

Once you're satisfied with the quote, please go ahead and submit your accept quote. You will then receive all the necessary documentation and a guide to booking my services. 

PAYMENT PLAN 

To secure your event date, we require a 25% Booking Fee.

For events booked a year in advance of the wedding date, You will receive a £350.00 secure your event date Invoice.  The remaining Booking Fee balance will be charged in the year of the event.

The Final Event Balance will be due one month prior to the event date.

14 DAY CANCELLATION 

Our 14-day Cancellation Policy begins from the date the Legal contract / invoice are sent. Please note that the 25% booking fee or secure your date fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once it has been paid. 

14 DAY WAITING PERIOD 

I will not be able take on any work or submit designs within this 14-day period. If you are booking at short notice, I appreciate your understanding. After this timeframe, we can begin designing your

event, transforming your vision into a truly magical reality.

OUR FEE'S 

WORKING HOURS 

CHARGES APPLY

Our working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please note that additional charges may apply for services of these hours, including bank holidays. Venue styling options will vary depending on the Decor and should be discussed between the venue and the client. Thank you for your understanding!

VENUE CONSULTATIONS 

£25.00

For venue or location consultations, there is a fee of £25. 

25 % BOOKING FEE and SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE 

DECOR HIRE AND BRIDAL FLOWERS 

To secure your event date and my services, a non-refundable charge is required upon payment. Please note that this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. 

ON THE DAY STYLING 

MINIMUM CHARGE £100.00

Our services are customizable to meet your specific event needs, and we'll discuss all details during our consultations. This flexibility will be reflected in your personalized quote.

RE-ORGANISATION OF DECOR

CHARGES APPLY

We offer flexible and discreet services for the efficient re-positioning of your hire products after your ceremony celebrations. Our focus is on ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets your specific needs, whether it’s regarding the length of stay or the volume of items. The fee for our service is determined based on the amount of re-organisation required within your venue and timescale for myself and staff to stay until the ceremony ends. 

PACKAGE OF WHOLE EVENT 

CHARGES APPLY 

If you request a comprehensive package that includes the following  -
Styling of your clients decor
Sourcing and organising of chairs and furniture
Styling of chairs and furniture
Sourcing and organising for draping, lighting, entertainment or any other supplier requirements for your day, please be aware that an administrative charge will apply.
This fee varies based on the complexity and amount of work required to create the perfect package for your event.

DELIVERY  / COLLECTION / TRAVEL 

CHARGES APPLY

Travel Costs -
Delivery & Collection x 4 journeys x 45p per mile and will be submitted within your quote

STAFF

CHARGES APPLY

Charged accordingly within your quote.
